Prompt, courteous and professional. I received a response immediately. Matheus came out the same day to give me an estimate. He was flexible and scheduled the job immediately. Two days later, and my flooring was installed. Pricing and quality of work was great. I am a very happy customer. I will be recommending World Hardwood Floors to all my friends. Will definitely use them again.

I inquired through this app. They called me back immediately and left a message. We agreed on a time within the next hour, they showed up exactly when promised (on a Sunday!) and provided me with a few options based on my budget and their experience. We agreed on completely stripping the finish and color of my existing floors, repairing the gaps and damaged wood, applying 3 coats and then the final coat. Finished 3 rooms in 1.5 days. I could not be happier with the quality of the work. It was a genuinely nice and kind interaction overall. Just finished the job and I confirmed them for another project. Overall 5 stars from me!
