Yovani's crew at Y & C Landscaping & Masonry gets called for the heavy yard jobs as well as the routine ones. The Lynn business holds 4.8 stars from 52 ratings on Angi and HomeAdvisor and 4.5 from 17 on Thumbtack, where it is listed as a Top Pro. The recent work is wide-ranging. In a July 2026 Angi review, a customer said the crew flattened a hill, cleared the trees and bushes, built a retaining wall, added loam and put in a new lawn. Another July 2026 reviewer in Arlington had new caps put on the retaining wall around 3 condos, with the old caps and dirt cleaned up. A November 2025 Thumbtack customer described stone veneer steps, walkway pavers, seeding and planting on a barren lot. In a June 2025 review, a homeowner said other companies passed on a small job stripping crabgrass and rocks by hand, and that Jovani took it at a very reasonable price. A July 2024 reviewer had a brick walkway and parking area removed and a new brick walkway installed. The complaints are mild. A September 2025 Thumbtack customer who had an invasive bush removed said the crew rescheduled 30 min before the appointment and then did not show on the new date before the job was finally done. An April 2025 Angi rating says only that it turned out to be too expensive.
Thanks to the hard work by Yovanni and his team and we have new caps over all retaining wall surrounding 3 condos. They are very easy to communicate and supportive. All caps got replaced and all dirt and old caps were cleaned up. Every thing was done on time and as expected. Really good people and high efficiency. Ching-Hung in Arlington.
Yovanni and his team at Y & C Landscaping and Construction did an amazing job transforming our backyard! They flattened the hill, cleared all the trees and bushes, built a beautiful retaining wall, added fresh loam, and installed a brand new lawn. The backyard looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, hardworking, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend Y & C Landscaping and Construction!
Really great job. Punctual and efficient, I told him what I wanted on the day of the quote, and 5 days later his crew showed up and they remembered everything I had asked them to do. Done in a timely manner and very satisfactory. I chose to get a yard cleaning with mulch, trimming, edging, and debris removal, and the price was very reasonable
The company responded to request quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. The 2 guys who came to do the job were professional and polite. They got right to work , completed the job as agreed to and cleaned everything up at the end. Thank you.
They did a great job
