One Yacone Electric customer described calling Frank for four separate projects: a failed dimmer, a dryer outlet problem, kitchen-remodel electrical work, and safety repairs before a probate house sale. In that June 2025 review, the customer said Frank reorganized a subpanel to avoid buying a replacement, completed the kitchen project within a week of quoting, and supplied paperwork for the sale-related repairs. The Wethersfield business offers residential and commercial electrical work. Its Connecticut electrician license is active. Google shows 4.9 stars from 17 ratings; HomeAdvisor shows 4.5 from seven. Written customer accounts run from 2020 through 2025. A December 2024 repeat customer described a 200-amp service upgrade, bathroom-remodel wiring, and central-air wiring. A November 2024 reviewer praised communication and timely work on construction and remodel wiring. Generator work appears in two February 2022 accounts: one customer praised the quote, explanations, and cleanup after a home-generator job, while another described a subpanel replacement and a generator hookup with a main-panel interlock. A November 2020 HomeAdvisor customer praised careful assembly and installation of delicate custom light fixtures, including compliance and safety checks. Another customer that month said the timeline was sometimes undependable. Other 2020 reviewers described arrival and completion within the promised timeframe, so the scheduling complaint should remain attributed to that customer.
Great service & timely!! Always there when i needed a service or design help on my security cameras & other indoor & outdoor lighting specs
I have used Yacone Electric llc on 4 separate occasions First occasion I had him diagnose and fix a light issue I was having where lights suddenly cut out due to short.Which ended up being a blown dimmer switch.I was searching high and low to find and fix this and Frank comes diagnosed and fixed it within 10 mins. Second occasion Frank came to my newly acquired property. I had a dryer down stairs that I would not figure out why I was getting no power. Frank came and diagnosed and ended up finding my dryer outlet was hanging loosely in our sub panel and was not hooked up. Frank studied the panel to come up with the most cost effective and correct way of doing task. He cleaned up my panel with mini breakers so I didn’t have to buy a new panel and that I would have all my breakers in the same sub panel Third occasion was doing a kitchen remodel job and the customer was searching for an electrician to do work prompt. I called Frank and the project was down within a week from quote to installation. Most recent occasion- My grandmother had passed and we had to do electrical repairs before selling house through probate. Frank came down and provided all paperwork required for probate to quote and conduct repair he was extremely responsible reliable and prompt. Frank came to us at a time we were grieving and gave us assurance he will take care of issues and listened to us which made the process effortless. He fixed multiple outlet issues and electrical safety issues found on home owner inspection that needed to be done before house sale. He also found additional issues and fixed them while he was there. My mother who was handling the sale was beyond happy with franks housekeeping work ethic and above all teaching and educating you as the customer. She was so impressed he got a full course meal and cookies for his honorable service.
