Yalen Property Services LLC keeps yards going through the seasons. The company says it handles snow plowing and winter care in the cold months and lawn mowing when the weather warms, for both commercial and residential properties. Jon, the owner, does all his own work, according to a customer who turned to the company on a friend's recommendation after several weeks of trying to replace a previous landscaper. That customer says he arrived right away as promised, completed the job and charged a price that was more than fair. A customer who found the company during a blizzard, when their usual plow guy failed to show, kept using it for lawn and summer work afterward. A customer whose yard it has serviced for the past six months says it offers winter plowing, landscaping and fall cleanup. Jon is communicative and reliable, a customer says, and their property always looks clean and well-maintained.
We’ve had a great experience with Yalen Property Services LLC! They take care of our yard and consistently do a fantastic job. The attention to detail really shows, and our property always looks clean and well-maintained. Jon, the owner, is especially great to work with—he’s communicative, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s such a relief knowing we can count on him. Highly recommend Yalen Property Services to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality landscaping!
Yalen Property Services: Impeccable work, fair and reasonable pricing, and prompt and dependable service. YPS has recently started providing lawn mowing and landscaping services to my property. I previously had a wonder landscaper that discontinued services due to a career change. I was devastated and thought I would never find anyone as good. I tried for several weeks to find someone to replace my previous workers to no avail. Thankfully, a friend recommended YPS. I am thrilled. Jon is the owner. He does all his own work which makes him very invested in doing the best job possible. He does not disappoint. He is friendly, courteous, and meticulous. He obviously takes pride in each lawn he cares for. He arrived right away as promised. He completed the job, and his price was more than fair. I don’t think there was a blade of grass out of place. I really like this guy. He is definitely a keeper. Without hesitation, I would recommend YPS.
Found them during the blizzard. Bailed us out of a big problem because our usual plow guy failed to show. Kept him for lawn and summer work and have been equally impressed with the level of skill and reliability.
YPS has been servicing my yard for the past six months and I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing - professional and extremely knowledgeable. They offer all seasonal services including winter plowing, landscaping, fall cleanup. My yard looks incredible! Thanks YPS!
