Yates Construction & Restoration

Yates Construction & Restoration has been working the Massachusetts South Coast since 1982, and the work it puts front and centre is restoration: bringing back the character of older coastal homes, then extending them without making the addition look bolted on. Custom homes and the occasional commercial build-out fill out the rest of the schedule. Joe Yates founded the company and still runs it — he is named as president on the company's own site, which describes the business as family-owned and operated, working out of South Dartmouth.
