Yeti Landcare

Yeti has been working at our 58 unit condominium complex for a number of years. The place looks great whenever they do their thing. There will always be disgruntled homeowners looking for specialized services to the specific areas around their units. They forget that the outside areas are jointly owned and landscaping maintenance specs are determined by a committee. When these homeowners feel neglected, they post negative reviews on Google and elsewhere under false names. Don't pay attention to that. Yeti does an outstanding job at a fair price!

I can't say enough good things about Yeti. The were punctual, professional, and well within the estimate. My property (1/4 acre) had become completely overgrown with vines and weeds. Hedges and shrubs around the house were overgrown to the point where vines had migrated through them up to the incoming electric service drop. My rear neighbor's house was completely hidden from view by regrowth from old pine stumps and the vines which wrapped themselves completely around the regrowth (to a height of about 8 feet.) Keith and Jim showed up for the estimate appointment on time and we walked the complete property. There was good news and bad news (some shrubs were beyond help and would need to be removed but the majority were salvageable). The crew came out and removed every trace of vines, including the nightmare of vines twisted into the lattice-work on the deck. Regrowth was cut to the ground, the hedges were reduced and shaped professionally, dead hedges were cut to ground level,the grass was cut and raked and every piece of debris was removed. And as I said above, it was all done well within the estimate. Their honesty and especially their professionalism was refreshing. I'm not related to anyone at Yeti nor had we ever met before the morning of the walk-around. afk
