So far its like pulling teeth To get any response about the claim for damaged property, I initially sent to them June 18 its now Oct ,13 and I still have no answers, it takes them about a month to respond to anything, Aug 27 they asked me my Moving Dates and I responded 30 minutes later and I have no response since then I have also sent another email Sept 25 to ask them exactly what else they need form me I sent all my Info pictures links to products With the very 1st email, also asked why it takes a month to get any kind of response I need someone to respond to my claim like right now this is ridiculous at this point. If you don't wanna pay for peoples damaged property maybe you should higher better employees. At this point I would not recommend to anyone if you value your property. Stay far away.
