Austin rebuilt our side deck and did an incredible job! He’s a great communicator, and provided me with end-of-day progress texts, photos, and calls during our build. Austin completed the project on schedule, and was thorough with site cleanup, too. I highly recommend him for both his skill and professionalism.
Austin Croft put a new roof on the house, re-sided one exterior wall and constructed a porch/deck at the rear of the house. All jobs were not only completed promptly, but done to a very high level of craftsmanship. I am a contractor myself and could not get to these jobs. I can say with certainty that the quality of Austin's work is equal to the quality I expect from myself. I highly recommend him.
We have used Austin for two big jobs in our home. The first was to replace subflooring in the living room. He did a fantastic job. The work was done correctly and was solid. The second job was to install a walk in shower and replace the bathroom ceiling. We are thrilled with his work! The bathroom is so much easier to use and looks better too. We would hire Austin again in a heartbeat! Oh, and by the way,, he answered all our questions honestly and went out of his way to "tweak" things to our liking. This was a great experience!
Austin was terrific to deal with and did an outstanding in helping us with projects at our house.
I am so pleased with my new decks and the experience of working with Austin and his crew. They were hardworking, dependable and took real pride in the quality of their craftsmanship. Communication was excellent throughout and I especially appreciated their willingness to offer modern railing ideas which truly elevated the project. I couldn't be happier with the results the decks look beautiful! I absolutely recommend Your Neighborhood Carpenter to anyone looking for quality work and a company they can trust.
