Zachary Andrews works out of Swampscott, and the paper trail points in two directions. Under his own name BuildZoom shows just two permitted jobs: a kitchen and bathroom remodel at 32 Dane St in Beverly valued at $10,000, pulled in June 2022, and a fire-system shut-off permit on Eastern Ave in Lynn in February 2025. The other direction is development. A February 2019 Lynn economic-development record described him as a Swampscott developer constructing a five-story, 36-unit apartment building with ground-floor commercial space. That is a different scale of work from a bathroom, and it is worth establishing which side of the business is bidding your job. On credentials, BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, #CS-107585, and says it verified the licence active in July 2026. Ask him for his home improvement contractor registration number as well — the two are separate credentials, and a remodel usually turns on the second one. BuildZoom scores him 94, which it says places him in the top 24% of Massachusetts licensed contractors; read that as a measure of licence and permit standing, not of how his jobs turned out. BuildZoom reports no customer reviews for him.
