Zajac HVAC LLC

Zajac HVAC sent three guys for one recent customer's overdue annual service on Pioneer and Panasonic heat pumps, eight heads in total, and that customer said the techs explained how to care for the heat pumps between services. Zajac HVAC LLC describes itself on its website as a residential and light commercial HVAC service and installation company serving SW New Hampshire and SE Vermont. Dale Clifton Zajac's New Hampshire HVAC licence, GF1809737, is active on the state registry. A 2026 customer said he came out in a blizzard to help get their heat back running. A 2025 customer said Dale's team replaced their boiler and all the piping, spent extra time replacing the piping in a corner to free up storage space, and cleaned up afterward; that 2025 customer also said the price was the most competitive of several local quotes, with no pressure to decide within 24 hours. A 2024 customer whose boiler was not producing consistently hot water said Dale sent one of his guys the same day, and the issue was diagnosed and repaired that day. A 2024 customer said Zajac HVAC installed a new Bosch heat pump system and left the basement cleaner than they found it. In 2023, a customer whose condo building's furnace had a hole in the heat exchanger said Zajac came out promptly for a second opinion, quoted the heat exchanger replacement at a reasonable price, and cleaned the burners and the unit's interior. A 2023 customer said that when a replacement water heater had to be special ordered, the company provided a loaner water heater in the meantime. A 2022 customer whose boiler died in late February said that after they called Dale, he came out the very next night, recommended a mini split system, and sent an estimate the next day; that 2022 customer said the new heating system was done in a day and a half once the equipment came in.
