Zero Waste & Recycling Services is a family-run waste hauling and dumpster rental company based in Bow, New Hampshire, founded in 1996 by brothers Stanley and Peter Emanuel and still locally owned and operated today. The company handles residential and commercial roll-off and front-load dumpster rentals, home and garage cleanouts, construction and demolition debris removal, and recycling drop-off, serving a wide swath of central and southern New Hampshire. Customers who have hired the company in the past two years consistently single out its communication and follow-through: reviewers describe getting a reply to a Sunday-night text before 7 a.m. the next morning, drivers navigating difficult or muddy sites without issue, and staff who are responsive outside normal business hours. One commercial customer specifically praised the office staff and said pricing and scheduling were reliable enough to keep using the company for their dumpster service. That said, the record isn't uniformly positive. A July 2026 review describes a dispute over property damage the reviewer says the company caused and then declined to repair, along with frustration at not being able to reach the owner directly. A separate 2025 review complained that the per-ton rate at the company's recycling drop-off was roughly double other facilities in the area. Both are worth asking about directly before booking a job involving either. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as not accredited but carrying an A+ rating, and BBB records also show a federal DOT motor-carrier registration (#835233) for the trucking side of the business. With 30 years in business under the same family ownership, Zero Waste is a reasonable call for routine dumpster rental and cleanout work in the Concord/Bow area, though anyone with a site that risks property damage, or planning to use the recycling drop-off directly, should confirm pricing and damage-handling policies up front.
Always prompt and professional, even when I realize I need another 30yd a bit too late in the day. 😅 Claudia always finds a way to get the best possible outcome to make sure to keep her clients running. Even in snow and mud, these drivers have navigated specific placement requests and made sure to be mindful of ground conditions. We’ve been customers for a year now, and I could not be happier we made the switch.
Stay far away from this Company. Caused damage to property. Refused to fix damages. Blamed it on a “Sagging Wire” mind you this happened after they emptied the dumpster and already entered the property past the wire. They’ve only come to this property 50 times. Driver forgot to put forks down. Operator error. Instead of a call back as promised they just decided it was okay to forget about it and not call back until I had to reach out again. Asked to speak with owner. Refused to put me through to him.
Texted Sunday night and got correspondence before 7am Monday morning. First can was deliver 8:30 and then got two more cans shortly after. All live loaded. The site was extremely difficult but Zero Waste’s drivers handled it no problem. Great people, great service, will definitely call again.
Our company uses Zero Waste for our dumpster service. Their pricing is great. The service is always timely and they come outside of business hours as to not disrupt our day. The lady who answers the phone for them is an absolute delight to talk to and is always so helpful and informative.
$365.00 a ton. Almost double from any other recycling facilities. Buyer beware. If I could give it 0 stars I would! 1 star is too many!
