Zinck's Property Management does landscaping and stone work. Its website names Portland, South Portland, Scarborough and Windham as its service area and says the business has been at it for eight years. A 2025 customer said Aaron and his team installed two stone, curved walls on each side of the end of the driveway, in the culvert. That 2025 customer said Aaron discussed the job up front and kept the work space neat and tidy at the end of each day. A 2024 customer hired Aaron to completely redo their front yard landscaping, which meant removing all old shrubs, replacing the old mulch and planting new shrubs. That 2024 customer said Aaron also replaced their old brick walkway with stone. A 2024 customer wrote that Zink's replaced their stone driveway with a new stone driveway, raised for water run off and finished with a designer edge. A 2020 customer said Aaron and his brother sodded the front and side lawn areas after removing the old grass, and that Aaron showed them it was infested with grubs, which he treated. A 2021 customer with a duplex and two narrow driveways said Aaron agreed to plow them and was responsive on snow days. A 2019 customer said they were charged $125 when the estimate was $80, and that the first driver arrived in a truck with no snow tires and got stuck. A 2019 customer said plowing left big holes in their lawn, then added that Aaron was coming to fix it.
