Zion Construction works a different side of the trade than most of the names on this site: its own website says it concentrates on federal, state and commercial projects, and that it has built and repaired for the Navy, Army, Air Force and DOT. The Leominster company describes itself as a project-management outfit that plans, staffs and runs multi-phase jobs, including on sites that stay occupied and operating while the work goes on. The public trail is short. One Google review, posted in 2022, called the work high quality and the service professional — and that is the whole written history from customers. Its Better Business Bureau page, opened in 2022 for a business started in January 2016, carries no rating at all: BBB says it does not have enough information to issue one, and lists no complaints and no government actions. The company also says its employees are OSHA trained and certified, which fits the kind of institutional and commercial sites it describes. For a homeowner, the thing to settle first is whether they take the job at all — the work they advertise is public-sector and commercial construction, not kitchens and bathrooms. If your project is a large or multi-phase build, ask what recent residential work they have done, and ask for references from it, because there is nothing public to read on that front.
