- A full-system tune-up — a recent customer says a fraying cable was caught
- Weather seal fix — a 2026 customer said the door closed evenly afterward
360 Door & Construction is a Brookfield garage door outfit with a 5-star Google average from 3 ratings. A recent Google customer who had let their garage door go unmaintained for about eight years booked a tune-up. They say the technician went through the springs, cables, tracks, rollers and opener, found a fraying cable that would have snapped eventually, and that the door now runs smoother and quieter. A 2026 customer said the bottom of their garage door was uneven and letting air in; the track was adjusted and the weather seal replaced, and the door closed evenly afterward. A 2026 customer said the technician found and corrected a minor alignment issue and replaced a loose hinge.

We've lived in this house about eight years now and the garage door has always been kind of an afterthought, never really maintained it properly. Finally decided to get an actual tune up done before something broke completely and left us stranded. Technician came out, went through the whole system, springs, cables, tracks, rollers, opener, all of it. Found a few things that needed attention including a cable that was fraying and would've snapped eventually. Glad we caught it before it became an emergency repair situation. Door runs so much smoother and quieter now, honestly wish we had done this years ago instead of waiting.

The bottom of our garage door was uneven and letting air inside. They adjusted the track and replaced the weather seal. The garage stays warmer now and the door closes evenly.

The technician found a minor alignment issue and corrected it quickly. He also replaced a loose hinge. Super clean and fast service.
