A 2025 customer praised a technician's professionalism but called the quote highly inflated, then pulled the door down and aligned the chain at home. A 2024 customer called the business a scam and said the technician had to be paid by a check made out to him. A 2025 customer said all the springs were replaced, and a 2025 customer said they showed up on time, fixed the door quickly and charged no hidden fees. I agree with the others that the 5 star reviews are FAKE. It was a Saturday late afternoon and garage door was unable to be opened due to a broken spring. The "owner" did come out and charged an astronomical price to replace the springs. I called several companiessince and incident and this company literally charged me almost double. You're lucky that I was in a bind and needed to get out of my garage (and all other companies were closed) but I will NEVER, NEVER use your company again. How despicable that you take advantage of people that are faced with an emergency situation. By the way, it does not cost $1500 for a new motor (but nice try). Customers please don't be fooled and stay away!!!!
Wow what an awful experience I had with this company. I initially inquired because I needed a garage door opener. The technician was dispatched and told me the issue was my springs were old and the garage door wasn’t functioning properly. He was rude and gave me no other option but to pay $1600 for new springs. Obviously I should have done more research knowing this was not correct but I felt pressured. I paid for the new springs and of course that wasn’t the problem. I had a second opinion who was flabbergasted I paid that much for springs and that my problem was in fact the motor. They replaced the motor for $700 and it fixed the problem. Now I’ve been fighting with the company for a month and finally today they told me they’ll give me a 50% discount and that in fact the technician never offered me more affordable options and just gave me the most expensive option, which didn’t even fix the problem. I’ve never written a bad review before, but this needed to be posted because it was horrible. I own a business and would never treat my customers this way.
Don’t expect much responsiveness or service
Do your research before you EVER EVER hire someone to do repairs. The customer service 877 number gave us incorrect information. The technician receives 100 stars for responding, for professionalism, and for follow up skills. However, the quote i received was out of my budget and highly inflated. My husband and I ended up using a you-tube video, 15 minutes of labor of love, and a phone call with a family friend. We were able to pull down the garage door, align the chain, use D40, and put bolts back. Tools required: step stool, d40, wrench, a second person, hard helmet, gloves, drop cloth, and please please reference this review. Don't pay $300 to have someone pull down your garage door if it's stuck!!
