Call Mike! He made great recommendations about cleaning the overgrowth away from my gas meter and cylinder block foundation. He insisted on clearing the leaves and cutting the grass BEFORE it rained. He was right, it poured down the next day and more leaves came with it. But now they arent stuck in the grass and will be easier to remove. I have a 1/3 acre plot, he did the job solo with weed wacking in an hour. He's a local guy with a family here, as a single lady homeowner he was very respectful. Next time, Ill put up my rake and my feet and call 5 Star.
