Before-and-after duct photos feature in customers’ descriptions of 800 Duct’s cleaning work. The company says it is a family-owned business based in Bristol, Rhode Island, providing air duct and dryer vent cleaning across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. It advertises free estimates and says it is insured. A customer writing on Google in May 2026 described Ryan’s crew cleaning both the air ducts and dryer duct in a two-year-old home. The crew showed photographs of the ducts before cleaning, removed visible construction dust, and repositioned the vents to face the correct way. The customer called the work thorough and efficient. A June reviewer, having had their AC ducts cleaned for the first time, also praised the before-and-after pictures and recommended the Bristol team. In July, another customer identified Ryan as the owner and praised his knowledge and the crew’s vent cleaning. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 78 ratings. In a March 14, 2026 review, a customer described cleaning of a forced hot air system, a detailed explanation from the owner, and before-and-after photographs from the three-person crew. A separate March 20 review said the crew arrived at the promised time and removed substantial dust and dirt despite challenges in a basement crawl space. That customer also described an old folding stair access breaking, explicitly agreed that 800 Duct was not at fault, and said Ryan offered to arrange installation of a modern replacement frame through someone he knew.
“I know them only through advertising, but there is a company called 800 Duct in Bristol.”
What an outstanding company. Ryan, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and he and his staff did a superb job cleaning our vents and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Ryan and his team were so awesome! We had never had our AC ducts cleaned before. The before and after pictures are wild. I would definitely recommend this Bristol team 100%. Thanks again for a job well done.
Ryan's crew cleaned all my air ducts and my dryer duct. They shared pictures of the current ducts before cleaning. I am in two year old construction and the construction dust was quite visible. They repositioned all my vents so they were facing the correct way! They were thorough and efficient. I am sure I will be breathing better and my air cleaning units will not be working so hard.
The 800 Duct crew arrived exactly as promised around 08:30 and got the job going; They worked around some challenges in the basement crawl space and took out an enormous amount of built-up dust and dirt. Towards the end of the day, Ryan (the owner of 800 Duct) came to check in. A folding stair access in the ceiling near the upstairs bedrooms had broken (from old age). I agreed with Ryan that was not the fault of 800 Duct. Nevertheless he knows of someone who can provide a modern frame for the folding stair access and will arrange for that to be installed ASAP; this is service above and beyond and I am VERY satisfied with the work of 800 Duct and Ryan's support. 800 Duct did a very thorough job of cleaning my forced hot air system. The owner came out and explained the process in detail and was a super nice guy. The crew of 3 that came out did a great job and were very personable. They took before and after pics. I highly recommend 800 Duct for your duct cleaning needs.
