Gutters are the bread and butter at HiCleaners, a Winchester exterior cleaning company with 333 Google ratings averaging 5 stars. Its website describes an exterior cleaning business serving Boston, Cambridge, Newton, Somerville, Lexington and nearby towns, and lists IWCA membership and PWNA certification. This summer, customers hired them for everything from gutters to windows. In August 2026, customers wrote about gutter cleaning on gutters too high to reach, a soft roof wash for moss, a deck cleaned for a repeat customer, gutter guards installed on a Lexington home, and a job with more than thirty old-style windows whose storms also had to come out. A September 2026 reviewer praised a power washing job done on short notice before a wedding at their home. In July 2026, a customer said Alex sent photos of their gutters along with his recommendation, and a September 2026 customer said Vasko handled the scheduling and pricing on a roof moss job and helped with their insurance carrier. Winter brings a different job. In late January and early February 2026, several customers described roof snow removal, some to stop ice dams. One crew of four shoveled the roof of a whole condo complex, and another crew cleared a very high roof after a big storm; a February 2026 reviewer with an ice dam, sent by a friend, got an appointment the next day. Several customers wrote that they have used the company for years.
“Called HiCleaners to clean my gutters. Great experience. They were professional and were able to schedule the cleaning on a date that I could be home.”
Always prompt and easy to communicate with.
My experience with HiCleaners was very positive in all aspects. Ivan came and thoroughly covered all that they would do to address the moss and other matters covering the roof. He was professional, knowledgeable and so personable. Ivan answered all my questions. Vasko did the scheduling and pricing from the office after speaking with Ivan. He has been not only professional but so attentive in offering photos and help in dealing with my insurance carrier. Tim came promptly when scheduled and worked diligently on the roof. He clearly explained all that he intended to do and neatly cleaned up when the job was completed. Tim, as was true of Ivan and Vasco, was so professional and yet personable. I would hire HiCleaners again.
The power washing completed by HiCleaners went above and beyond my expectations! They were able to accommodate me on short notice for a wedding I was hosting at my home over the weekend, and the results were fantastic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quick response made a huge difference in getting my home ready for the event. I highly recommend HiCleaners to anyone looking for excellent service!
Fine work cleaning gutters that were too high for to attempt myself. Tech was happy to chat, tell me what was going to be done, and then did it carefully and efficiently. He cleaned up well after himself, and even educated me on the state of my gutters. I'll certainly have them back over.
I just have to say what a great job, prompt reasonable, and saved me from making a mess. There were more than 42 windows and they were seriously dirty being on Main Street. Can’t say enough positive things.
