The woman who helped me diagnose my problem with my garage door openers was awesome. She set me up to have them both replaced because they were about 25 years old. She set me up with a quick service date and even offered me discounts that helped reduce the price. The technician that came out was great and although they didn’t have 2 openers to complete the job on the first day, they were back within a few days to finish the job. I am very pleased with the job they did and my new openers are so quiet and pretty hi-tech too!

Highly recommended! A couple years ago we needed our badly worn garage door springs replaced and A-1 performed the repair and replacement. It was a very good experience overall, and the repair was a very fair price. So, when it was finally time to upgrade, A-1 was the obvious choice. Recently we had two brand new garage doors installed along with new openers and the entire process was great. The sales rep Chuck was very helpful and informative. When it came to the installation, Matt was our installer and he did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and courteous. It's rare to get such high-quality service at a fair price nowadays. If you live anywhere within their service area, I highly recommend contacting A-1 first for anything garage door related, whether it's for a minor repair or a full installation.

Very professional and knowledgeable. All options and pricing were explained during the initial (free) visit for measuring and working up a quote. It took a while for the doors to come in from the factory, but they were installed in one day and Chuck followed up nicely and even scheduled a time to come inspect the job himself and check for any issues after we had a chance to use them for a while. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommended.
