We were amazed how promptly they got to our place after the initial phone call, after some other companies had promised they would come to do an estimate and then fallen through. We had a bent garage door track that prevented us from closing the door, and Justin was able to get it back looking like new very quickly. He even popped the plastic window frames back in that were sticking out. High quality and friendly service. For future issues I will definitely just call them directly.

Recently the torsion spring in our garage door broke. I called several companies but decided on Lowell Overhead Garage Door. It is a family run business that takes great pride in their work. Karen answer the phone promptly and is very polite and professional. The next day Justin came out and raised the door so we could pull our car out. He also measured the spring. On the next day Stephen arrived in the morning to install the new spring in an efficient and professional manner. We are very satisfied with this company!

We are very impressed with the professionalism, quality, and honesty of Lowell Overhead Door. I called two companies to come and give an estimate of replacing two garage doors. The other company (recommended by a friend of mine) came first and gave a quick estimate with a seemly very good price without much conversation with us. We almost wanted to go with them immediately due to the low price. When Steve from Lowell Overhead Door came, he gave us a brochure of garage product line and asked our needs and recommended the garage doors to us. Even though the price from Lowell Overhead Doors was very reasonable, it was somewhat higher than the other company. So I got curious and compared the specifications of the two different doors. I found out that the doors from the other company have 30-Gauge steel which is extremely thin, prone to dent and below industry standard. I couldn't believe that the other company gave us such low quality product just to get our business (and they were almost successful if I hadn't called Lowell Overhead Door already). So the other company was out of the question and we decided to go with Lowell Overhead Door. Steve and Justin came and did a great job in replacing our garage doors and the door openers. Just when they were about to leave, Steve noticed a very small dent on the edge of a door panel (we didn't even notice it). He asked us if we wanted to replace the panel and he could contact the vendor and we said yes. So the next week, Justin came and replaced the panel as promised, very impressive! We are so happy with work done by Steve and Justin. Now the garage doors work so smoothly and it hardly has any noise from opening/closing.
