Had gutters installed in May of this year. A week later, it rained, and there was water coming from under the gutters. The next day, I went up on the ladder to look and see why. What I found was that the Drip Edge was tucked behind the gutter. I then called Mert, the owner of A1 gutter he said the drip edge was installed wrong. I said no you tucked it behind the gutter."" His replay was YOU ARE A HANDY GUY FIX IT. I said no you installed them." You have to fix it." 2 weeks later, I called again, and he said, waiting for it to rain. I reply that you need to fix the drip edge that you tucked behind the gutters. He flipped out on the phone and said, "Never call this F-ING number again. June 20th recap, Ok, just an update. It's been 2 weeks and STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. I did get another Gutter company to come over and look at the problem, and they said THIS IS ALL WRONG. The drip edge goes over the gutters, not behind them. That's why you have water pouring from under them. Now I have to pay them $$ three hundred dollars to correct it. Thanks, A1 Seamless Gutters.
