A & A Pest Control

These folks are the best! Call them immediately! Do not waste your time trying to book an appointment with another company! We had an emergency. Hundreds of wasps suddenly were swarming all over our children’s bedroom. We were panicking because no exterminator would come right away on a Saturday afternoon. We wasted well over an hour dealing with answering services and dispatchers who could not send anyone until Monday. It was exasperating. We called over ten companies that claimed to have same day service. None of them would come that day. No one could even book before Monday afternoon. Finally we called A&A Pest Control. Kerry Lord accepted right away. He drove an hour to our home, immediately recognized the problem, put us at ease, and had the giant wasp nest that was hidden under our gutter totally out of sight taken care of quickly and efficiently. This gentleman knew exactly what he was doing, and was the most professional and polite person we have met in years. The price was excellent. Our family cannot sufficiently express our gratitude to Kerry Lord and A&A Pest Control. They were only ones to help us during what was truly an emergency situation for our family. The only ones. Ian and Matt were both very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Matt came out the same day we called — he quickly and efficiently got rid of the yellowjackets that had built a nest inside the ceiling in one of our upstairs bedrooms and also found their way out into the room. Matt also answered all of our questions and explained well what his plan was for tackling the yellowjackets. We’re so thankful not only for the excellent service and quick removal, but also for the reassurance that should we see more yellowjackets in the room or outside we could call back and they would continue to help us. We have had A&A Pest Control servicing our shop for years through the plaza management, yet we continue to have a serious mouse problem. Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved despite the ongoing pest control service. Because we were still dealing with mice, we had to hire another pest control company ourselves and pay an additional expense to address the problem. We are very disappointed that after years of service, we still have to spend extra money to get the results we need.

An absolutely fantastic business with even better staff. Efficient, to the point, educational and compassionate. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Roland or Rowland, I’m so sorry for wrong spelling, showed up early (which is perfect for us), and spent a significant amount of time hearing our concerns and checking every corner of our home-inside and out- to ensure quality treatment and care of our issue. We will be requesting him for the next visit… his work/professionalism exceeded our expectations!! Thank you A&A for giving us our home back. ❤️.
