Chris is wonderful. Called ahead and worked with my schedule. He examined and took photos of the bulkhead door and hoping this can be addressed soon. He also picked up a shrew in the backyard and was very respectful about talking quietly with our anxious pup who is always a consideration when we have anyone around the house. Thanks Chris!!
