A & C Junk Removal

Adam and Chris are the A and the C. A June 2026 customer put it plainly: there was no corporate abyss to deal with, the owners came and did the work themselves. A text or a call, a quote the same day, and the two of them on the doorstep when they said they would be. A & C Junk Removal works out of Essex Street in Saugus, serving the Boston North Shore with residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts and dumpster rentals. The hard jobs carry the detail. A May 2026 customer had a basement cleared that included roughly 900 pounds of unused concrete, several old televisions and a lot of paint, after calling around for quotes because the task was so big. Another that month had 30 years of accumulated basement contents taken out and said the pair were careful enough to stop and point things out as they worked. In March 2026 a family whose tenant had abandoned a third-floor apartment full of furniture and belongings said Chris called straight back, came over to look, and quoted on the spot. Speed comes up constantly. A May 2026 customer who called in the morning about a storage unit had it cleared the same day. Another had several large piles gone in about 20 minutes. In April 2026 a tenant who inherited a loveseat abandoned on a balcony said it was quoted quickly and gone in minutes. In June 2026 a household clearing out before a move said the pair took everything — construction material, garden waste, cardboard, an air conditioner, paint, old furniture. Pricing is described the same way over and over: quoted before the work, and the quote is what you pay. A January 2026 customer said Chris walked through the process and the pricing before anyone started. One April 2026 reviewer wrote the whole thing as a joke complaint — they showed up on time (rude), were annoyingly friendly, and charged exactly what they said they would. The written record is young but busy: 89 reviews across 2025 and 2026, 52 of them in the last six months, with a 5-star Google average across 89 ratings, all of it on Google. A & C is a strong call for a basement, garage, storage unit or post-tenancy clear-out anywhere on the North Shore, and for single-item pickups. Confirm what counts as a load and how the heavy items — concrete, appliances, paint — are priced before the truck arrives.
