On the service side, a recent customer says the technician Wayne took his time troubleshooting the problem on a service call and left the room immaculate. Excellent service call from A&N heating oil today. The technician Wayne took his time and was very thorough troubleshooting the problem. The room was left immaculate and the problem addressed in an efficient manner.
Always a 5 star experience with any of these amazing people. They give an honest explanation of what's being done or needs to be done, and Wayne figured out the cause of a leak that I had, that three previous plumbers could not. Prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend A&N.
I can’t say enough good things about A&N Heating Oil and the experience I had with them. The owner, Paul, personally drove the truck to my house at 9pm when I ran out of oil. I was honestly impressed by how respectful, kind, and courteous he was. What really stood out to me was that you would never guess he was the owner. Paul is a hard-working, hands-on owner who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and work right alongside his employees. That says a lot about the kind of person he is and the way he runs his company. The service was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. If Paul’s other drivers are anything like him, I’m sure A&N has a great team and a well-deserved reputation. If you’re in the Westchester Bronx area and looking for a reliable heating oil company, I highly recommend giving A&N Heating Oil a call. And if you’re lucky enough to have Paul make the delivery himself, you’ll see exactly what I mean! Great company, great service, and most importantly, great people. Highly recommended!
