In a June 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that Levi, the project manager, was in contact every step of the way, and that Tom, the owner, was on site for the roof installation; the team arrived at 7:00 a.m., stripped the roof, applied new shingles and cleaned up by 2:30 p.m. In a July 2026 review, a homeowner re-roofing the front of the house before a solar array said they arrived at 7:00 and were completed and gone by 11:00. A May 2026 reviewer said the workers replaced a piece of siding near the roof. These guys did an outstanding job at Granite Hill Estates. Completing 27 roofs in the amount of time they did was impressive enough, but what really stood out to me was how professionally they handled the entire project. They kept the property clean, were very thorough with their cleanup, and were great with the residents throughout the process. Anyone who manages an occupied community knows how important that is when you're dealing with a project this large. From beginning to end, they were organized, professional, respectful, and got the job done. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend them.
