Higher Expectations General Contracting

Just hired Zack to restore our kitchen after our kitchen fire. Zack is an absolute animal, and I would 100% recommend Higher Expectations. He took our kitchen from demo to completion in prompt fashion with exceptional workmanship. The pictures I'm posting don't fully do the job justice. My house is 120 years old and has had decades of shoddy work done to it. Absolutely nothing was square. Higher Expectations GC came in with a plan and executed it to perfection. I'll also mention that Zack showed exceptional patience in dealing with an insurance job. Negotiating with the adjuster, dealing with paperwork, delays in mortgage company releasing funds, etc. I intend on using Higher Expectations for any house project I can't do myself. 5 stars.

The best way to describe Higher Expectations Contracting is absolutely BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!!! Zack is a phenomenal Contractor. He is very polite and customer oriented. He does exceptional detailed work. He turned a virtually unusable porch into a beautiful living space for us. His communication skills are beyond exceptional and he kept us up-to-date with the progress every day. The crew helping him, Jason and Andrew, knew their jobs and did them very well. We are thankful that we looked into Higher Expectations because we couldn’t have found any better quality and workmanship in this area. We are so pleased with the results that we are keeping Zack on speed dial. We will be using him for more projects in the near future. Thank you, Higher Expectations, for being better than the rest and being truthful and honest in your business. Your happy customers appreciate it!!!!!

I have personally worked with Zack, he is a person that pays attention to detail and sticks to his word. He will not settle for a lesser product. He will ask good money for a good product.

Higher Expectations did an amazing job on our home. Zach communicates great as well. Would highly recommend.

I was very uneasy about hiring a contractor to do repairs as I have not done it in the past. But Zach was awesome to deal with. Always answered the phone or called right back was able to answer all questions and has a great crew. Great quality work done at unbeatable prices. He went above and beyond stripping my roof and replacing then originally quoted and talked about to be sure his end result looked top notch. Ill be doing more buisness with him in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks again Zach!
