A+ Cleaning Services is a cleaning business whose website names Brookline as its service area and says it has been in business for 10 years. The site asks for details about your home and the cleaning service you want, then offers a personalized, no-obligation quote, and it states free estimates and that the business is insured. It holds a 3-star Google rating. In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that the staff was polite and got the job done without any issue. In a 2023 review, a customer with a small two-bedroom, two-bath home wrote that after a cleaning the cabinets were not wiped, dust and cat hair were still around, the shower door was not wiped down and loose cat litter was not vacuumed, and that messages asking what happened were ignored.

If I could give one star I could. I had them come to my house earlier in the week for a cleaning. It is a small 2 bed 2 bath. I have never had such terrible service. My house was a mess, cabinets not wiped, dirty dishes on the counter, stuff just dumped on my bed that wasn’t even there before. Dust and cat hair still around and didn’t wipe my shower door down or vacuum up loose cat litter. I was surprised after all these great reviews and expected decent service. I tried to contact them to find out what happened and they have ignored my messages when they were originally very responsive. I guess once I paid it is ok to just run off with my money. Poor service, poor work, and poor quality. Would never use again.
