Pro Alpha Painting and Cleaning LLC is an Everett, Massachusetts company built around two services under one roof — interior and exterior painting led by Thiago, and residential cleaning anchored by a crew that includes Karol. The company says it has served Massachusetts properties since 2022, with a team bringing more than 10 years of combined painting and cleaning experience, and its Angi listing notes the crew speaks Spanish. Thirty-three Google ratings average a full 5 stars, and the 26 written reviews here run from November 2024 through August 2026, all rated 5 stars, including three from March through August 2026. An August 2026 review said Thiago's team gave updates throughout an exterior house-and-deck repaint and that the client would hire them again for future projects. A March 2026 review, on an interior job, said the crew was punctual and careful with details and left everything clean, with no stains or flaws. Earlier, a February 2026 review credited Thiago with a color consultation and walking the client through the process, and a separate February 2026 review said he talked a homeowner through a kitchen cabinet makeover. Another from the same month described an office painting job finished fast and clean. On the cleaning side, a late-2024 review said Karol had cleaned the reviewer's home for over a year and called her thorough and diligent, and a companion review from the same period said Thiago stands behind his work while Karol is thorough, professional, and there to work. A December 2025 review named a second cleaner, Leona, as professional and timely. A March 2025 review, written in Portuguese, praised the crew's organization, punctuality, and cleaning quality. Reviews also describe the business handling scope changes mid-project — one client added rooms partway through and said the crew accommodated it and gave a fair estimate — and one Cape Cod client said the crew showed up within a day or two of the request with options for both interior and exterior work. For anything from a full exterior repaint to an ongoing cleaning schedule, this is a team with a long run of clients who called them back and recommended them to others. Confirm the scope and price in writing, and ask about current licensing and insurance before signing on.
Thiago and team were excellent, great communication all the way through the process with updates, progress. Excellent quality and very professional team! Will certainly work w them again for any future projects!
Thiago and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of my house and deck. They were thorough with prep and communicative and available throughout the project. The price was competitive and i was happy with the quality of the work and final product. I had a few comments and touch up requests which they gladly accepted and fixed in a timely fashion and I would recommend working with them.
I hired Pro alpha painting and I was very satisfied with the result. The team was punctual, professional and very careful with the details. The painting was impeccable, without stains or flaws, and they still left everything clean at the end. The price was fair for the service provided. I definitely recommend it!
