Taskforce Cleaning Services

Rosangela Souza — called 'Rose' by most of the people who write about her — says she started cleaning houses in 2009, went out on her own in 2013, and built that into Taskforce Cleaning Services, which she still owns and runs. The business covers towns north and west of Boston, among them Cambridge, Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, Saugus, Boston, Stoneham, Woburn, Lexington, Bedford and Burlington, doing recurring, deep, move-in/out, office, disinfecting and post-construction cleaning for homes and businesses. The Google numbers back that up plainly: 5.0 stars across 62 ratings, plus a perfect score from two Thumbtack reviews. What shows up again and again isn't one big save — it's how many clients keep hiring the same crew back. A 2025 review describes three years of using them; a 2023 review says eight years, adding that the crew handled '2 large dogs who slobber and shed all over the place' without the house showing it. Another 2023 review mentions weekly cleanings over 'a number of years' and says that once Rose is asked for something, 'she never forgets.' One review describes a full post-construction clean — walls, windows and their contents — after weeks of construction work, with the crew having 'cleaned everything'; another calls a kitchen-and-bathroom job 'shiny and spotless.' A 2024 review mentions 'a couple of dogs and cats' needing regular attention. Two more reviewers, writing independently in 2024 and 2025, describe receiving complimentary cleanings through a nonprofit partnership Taskforce takes part in. It's a strong call for anyone who wants a crew they can keep booking rather than a one-off clean — before hiring, ask what's covered in a deep-clean visit versus a standard recurring one, and confirm current pricing and availability for your address.
