Several families are on their second or third fence here; one 2025 reviewer's first went in more than a decade ago. The complaints are few, but they cluster, and they're the part to read before signing. Two customers writing in April 2026 said the company damaged their property during the work and that when they asked for it to be put right they met raised voices, an argument, and a threat to call the police rather than a repair. A July 2024 reviewer said a written contract price was raised after the fact and took the job elsewhere. A January 2025 reviewer said the owner missed the first scheduled estimate and never called to reschedule. Separately, a Westfield municipal enforcement listing names the company's Union Street property under a violation for dumping and stockpiling debris within a riverfront area and floodplain; the listing gives no date and no outcome. So: a fast, keenly priced fence outfit with a long and mostly happy history, where the thing to settle up front is what happens if something goes wrong. Get scope and price in writing, confirm the number won't move, and agree before the crew arrives on how any damage to your property would be handled.
