A1 Lawn Care, LLC is a lawn care and landscaping business whose own website names New Britain, Farmington, West Hartford and Avon as its service area, advertises weekly mowing from $60 and says it has been in business 10 years. A recent Google customer hired Alex to mow twice while they were out of the country and to lay some mulch, and praised his attention to detail and "crispy clean line work." In a 2026 review, a customer said a spring cleanup took their yard from messy and winter-worn to clean and ready for the season, and that the team was right on time. A 2023 customer said they contacted Alex to clean a backyard garden where the shrubs and bamboo were completely overgrown and poison ivy had to be gone, and called the price reasonable. In a 2023 review, a customer said Alex had been cutting their lawn and was very detailed, after three earlier companies they called awful.
Alex is on his game! He's very professional, excellent attention to detail, and does quick work with crispy clean line work! Hired Alex to mow twice for me during my time out of the country as well as to lay some mulch. He did not disappoint one bit! I'll continue to contact him when I cannot do my lawn work myself for whatever reason. Highly recommend! His workmanship is far above reproach!
Great experience with their spring cleanup! My yard went from messy and winter-worn to clean, fresh, and ready for the season. The team was professional, thorough, and right on time. Highly recommend Alex and his team!
Alex is phenomenal, was quick to get out and communication was great. his work speaks for itself. Would recommend!
I found some good reviews here, so I contacted Alex to clean my garden. After a summer of crazy growth, the shrubs and bamboo in my backyard were completely overgrown and gave me a headache. Moreover, the sufferable poison ivy had to be gone. Alex is a very honest, diligent and trustworthy person, and the price is reasonable. I would completely recommend him to anyone—he won't let you down. I've decided to let Alex take care of my garden on a permanent basis later on.
Alex has done a wonderful job cutting my lawn. He is very detailed which I love. I had three companies come out to do my lawn before Alex has started and they were awful. I’m so lucky to have found Alex. Best service ever!
