In a 2025 Google review, a customer said Tim did a faux concrete rock retaining wall in their back yard for Moore Property Improvements, and that it looked way better than ordinary concrete. That 2025 customer also said Tim drew up a sketch of exactly what the wall would look like, called him punctual and honest, and planned to have him do the rest of the back yard the next year. A 2025 customer wrote that over the last few years Tim had created a garden area with plantings, built several extensive walls and done fall cleanup for them. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, number HIC.0641072, held by TIMOTHY D MOORE, is expired on the state registry.
