It states that it offers 24/7 emergency service and is insured. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, number 212365, is active on the state registry. On another call, the tech replaced a broken exterior wireless keypad, reprogrammed the codes and checked the general balance of the door. On an emergency call for a door that would not close properly, they fixed the sensors and alignment the same day. When a door got stuck half open during heavy rain late at night, they showed up fast and had everything working again without trying to upsell. On one repair they adjusted the tracks, lubricated the rollers, checked the opener settings and cleaned up afterward, and the door now moves "smoother than when we bought the house." A crew replaced a Cape Cod home's 1981 garage door and opener with all the tracks and hardware. Another job swapped outdated wooden garage doors for modern insulated ones, and the house is "so much quieter inside." For a rental property managed from out of state, they handled a broken cable, sent pictures of the finished work and billed online. For a customer's elderly mother whose garage door track got bent, they explained the issue simply, fixed it quickly and applied a senior discount without being asked. In a 2026 review, Ariel was at the house within an hour, troubleshot the broken system, determined a new opener was needed, got one within 30 minutes, installed it and charged a fair price. A 2026 one-star review described a technician who came to an estimate appointment in a black truck with no company name, had no business card or credentials, and was pushy about doing the job; that customer also said the Google Maps location and pictures did not match, and did not hire them.
