AAA Septic says it has been in business 20 years and lists Berlin, Milan, Dummer, Gorham, Shelburne and Randolph as its service area. It holds 5 stars from 6 Google ratings. A recent customer who has used AAA for over 6 years to have their septic tank pumped and inspected said they carefully dug up the lids, pumped out the tank, gave them pamphlets explaining the health of their aging system, and replaced everything before they left. A recent customer said Mike told them that, as the only person living in the house, they needed pumping only every 3 years rather than every 2, and they rescheduled on his advice. A recent customer said they found an issue and fixed it the same day, at rates the customer found reasonable.
Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Found an issue and they fixed it the same day! I found their rates to be reasonable also. I highly recommend them! Tim
Last year I called Mike about a date to pump out my septic system. Mike asked me how many people lived full time at my home. I told him I was the only one living there. I then asked him why that matters. He told me that I should only get pumped out every 3 years and that I was wasting money getting pumped out every 2 years. I took his advice and rescheduled for this year and just got pumped out. I am now saving money and I’m very grateful for Mike’s knowledge and guidance. This is the first house I’ve owned with a septic system. I have a lot to learn. Thank You Mike. MTKelley P.S. I am now an AAA Septic Customer for Life.
I have used AAA for over 6 years to have my septic tank pumped and inspected. They are the best in the business! They always arrived exactly on time and have great communication and updates for those with a busy schedule. They carefully dug up the lids, pumped out the tank, and even took the time to give me pamphlets explaining the health of my system and things I can do to extend the life of my aging septic system. Before they left, they replaced everything perfectly, making it look like they were never even there. If you want your tank pumped right the first time at a fair price from an honest company, I highly recommend AAA. I won't do business with anyone else. They are the best!
