Same day, or close to it. That is the story Allied Septic & Drain's recent Google reviewers tell again and again: a septic tank that backed up in April 2026 got a visit within a few hours with no extra emergency fee, someone staying in an RV with an emergency backup in August 2026 had a worker out within the hour, and a renter whose septic needed pumping right away got it done that day. The Manchester, New Hampshire company says it handles septic, drain, grease trap, hydro jetting, inspection and portable toilet work in New Hampshire.
Dave, whom two reviewers name as the owner, comes up constantly, often for taking time to explain how a septic system works. In July 2026 one customer who had used another septic company since 2009 wrote that Dave came within a couple of days, walked through the whole system, and recommended against a service he could have sold on the spot. Another July 2026 reviewer, owner of a 1795 farmhouse, found a second, still-used septic pit under a garage slab; Dave came first thing the next morning, gave advice in ten minutes, charged nothing for the visit, and came back to pump once the plumbing was rerouted.
Plenty of customers rent portable toilets from Allied. Renters range from party hosts to a construction project, a roofing job, a Nashua cheer organization and Manchester Cal Ripken youth baseball, and their reviews mention clean units, on-time delivery and pickup, and weekly cleaning on longer rentals. Several renters called Allied the cheapest quote they found. Paul, a driver, and Paige, whom one reviewer calls the office manager, are named repeatedly; a July 2026 renter liked that a person actually answered the phone every time.
The work reaches past septic tanks: a business's neglected grease trap cleaned as an emergency in September 2026 and a sewer lift station cleaned in July 2026. On the drain side, the owner fixed a bathroom drain issue in August 2026 and shared drain tips, and the youth baseball league has had its concession-stand drains cleaned.
The history runs back further, too. In a July 2025 review, a customer who had dealt with septic services that oversold and did not pump properly wrote that the tank was pumped and scraped fully rather than left with sludge, at a reasonable price, exactly as the owner had described over the phone. In May 2022 a customer with a basement sink backup had Dave out the next day to pump the tank and clear the inlet pipe.
Google shows 5 stars from 164 ratings, and the BBB rates the company A+ as an accredited business.
