I highly recommend Derry Septic. We recently purchased a home and they completed the inspections and installed a new pump. We had a small issue yesterday and the owner Matt responded right away and we had a tech at our home within 20 minutes who was able to resolve for us and now everything is working perfectly. Everyone who I have worked with from this company has been extremely responsive, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend to anyone who may need an inspection, installs, or service.

Derry Septic came out for a routine septic pumping, and the experience was excellent. I initially thought I needed a full inspection, but after talking with Lynn, she took the time to understand my concerns and honestly explained that it wasn’t necessary. That kind of integrity goes a long way. We had an emergency. They came right out in the snow, frozen ground, pumped our septic, found a clog, and snaked the blockage. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will now be on a routine schedule with them.

Communicated well and got the job done in a timely manner. Also, cleaned up our yard very well after fixing our pipe. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a home in NH and have had nothing but great experiences with Derry Septic! A few months back, when we were in the process of putting an offer on a different home, I had a lot of questions about the septic inspection done by the previous owners. I spoke with Dick, and he generously spent over an hour with me—on a Friday evening—going over the inspection report and explaining everything in detail. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, all without any guarantee that we’d even be future customers. That house didn’t work out, but when we purchased another home, we called Derry Septic again. This time, Matt came out to pump our septic tank, and he was just as wonderful—thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything to us. Derry Septic is truly a great family business, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
