Nearly every account of Abatement Pro and Demo describes the same job: someone with vermiculite in the attic who could not get another trade to go up there until it was gone. A homeowner writing in June 2019 said Eurinson and his team cleared theirs around a narrow window of days off work, photographing before and after because the owner was not staying in the house during the work. A July 2023 customer had an attic done at the peak of the summer heat and noted the site supervisor kept sending crews out of containment to stay hydrated. In September 2021 another had theirs cleared and the inspection passed inside two days, and described a portable entry booth that kept particulates inside the containment tunnel. Prices come attached to the reviews, which is unusual and useful. The HomeAdvisor comments carry figures from $1,200 for a small abatement to $17,000 for stripping the sheetrock and windows out of an old farmhouse before demolition. Twice, customers who turned out to have more material than expected said the crew stayed late rather than re-price the job. Three names recur across the years — Eurinson, Miguel on quoting and scheduling, and Felix running crews. The company answers its reviews, and says it speaks Spanish. Two things to weigh. The record stops: the newest written account is October 2023, so what you would be hiring on is nearly three years old. And the licence — Massachusetts regulates asbestos work through the Department of Labor Standards, and the company describes itself as a licensed asbestos contractor in the state, but no number is published on any of its listings, so treat that as its own claim and ask to see the licence. One more oddity: BBB describes the firm as specialising in commercial projects, while almost every review here is somebody's house. For an attic, basement or whole-house abatement in the Merrimack Valley the 2021–2023 accounts are consistent and unusually specific. Ask for the state licence number, a residential reference from the last year, and a written scope with the price.
They showed flexibility and shorter delays.
Great to work with
Project manager and crew were all professionals. Crew was on-time and diligent workers for both days. End result was what was agree upon. The team lead communicated with me throughout the project and my property and residence was left in good order. I would employ this company again if the need arises.
Miguel was pleasant and always available to answer your questions or concerns. He is also professional and will try his best to make it right if the project goes awry. I'd definitely recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
They did a great job. There was more than we initially thought but they worked with me to help reduce this unanticipated cost. The crew stayed late to make it happen which was very appreciated.
