The business works out of Lawrence and says on its Angi profile that it has eleven years of experience and offers free estimates, warranties and emergency service, though that profile is new and carries no ratings there yet. On Google it averages 4.8 across 59 ratings. A good share of the work arrives through restoration companies and insurers. After ice dams leaked into a kitchen and bathroom in February 2026, ServPro pointed the homeowners to Rosario, and a crew was on the roof clearing snow and ice the same day. A 2023 customer met them as ServPro of Derry's subcontractor and said the abatement crew was in and out in one day. In a 2021 review, a landlord had water damage repaired in an apartment and said the company helped with the insurance claim. Smaller remodels run alongside: a bathroom quoted and started the same week in October 2025, a kitchen salvaged in 2022 after a big-box remodel left it worse than before. One thing customers should look at before signing. The Better Business Bureau grades Rosario's Construction Services an F, and says the grade is for failing to respond to two complaints filed against the business; it is not accredited there and the page publishes no customer reviews. That sits a long way from the 4.8 on Google. For a basement build-out, a bathroom, or storm damage an insurer is covering, this is a small outfit that quotes fast and keeps Jose on the job from estimate to punch list. Ask what the two BBB complaints were about and how they ended, and get the payment schedule and milestones written into the contract before demolition starts.
