A 2024 reviewer described an unfinished basement turned into two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette; two more in 2025 described basement remodels, one of them noting a payment plan that adjusted to what they could manage. The Better Business Bureau grades the company F, for failing to respond to two complaints filed there, and the company is not BBB accredited. Ask what those two complaints were about and how they were resolved. For contrast, a 2021 reviewer who called himself particular had them return to redo a living-room ceiling repair after water damage, and wrote that they came back without hesitation and got it right. A good fit for a basement build-out, water-damage repair or a remodel where you want the same person estimating and running the job. Get the scope and the payment schedule in writing, agree how change orders are handled, and put the BBB question to them directly.
