Dave and Shaun did a great job. HOWEVER, dad needs.people skills. Because I didn't want to do something he wanted, they left a mess. I'm adding an addendum to my previous message. The Turner family returned and Dave explained to me the discoloration in the walls was related to the iron in the brick. They added another coat of waterproofing for which I was satisfied.
