Couldn't have been more disappointed with the service. Came home to a note with broken dishes on the counter, they took all the dirty dishes from the sink and piled them into the dishwasher on top of the clean dishes in the dishwasher. They moved furniture around to clean under it (which I did appreciate) however moved none of it back. Piled things up around the house to clean and then did not put anything back. For a service that cost significantly more than our previous cleaning service, I was very very disappointed. I called and while the owner did offer to come back out, the issues were not something I needed them to come back for. This was the first impression as it was our first time using this service and I was under the impression if you pay more (as we were paying a different service less) you would get more and it was the same level of service we had already been receiving. After hearing my complaints the owner took off no money and still charged the full amount. We will not be continuing with there service because it is quite frankly not worth it and they were not concerned at all about the first impression they left with me as long as they get paid in full. And I am giving 1 star because zero is not an option.
Absolute Cleaning is the best thing that happened to me. The staff women really know how to clean. They are friendly, honest and hard working. If you have a request to clean something other than normal cleaning they’ll always do it to satisfy you. Thank you Corine and staff.
