So impressed with what a great job Caitlin and her team did. We had a deep clean done that exceeded my expectations. The house was sparkling clean, they were very thorough with each room. Caitlin was very communicative prior to the cleaning and during the cleaning with updates which I appreciated. She was very clear about pricing and priorities of the clean as well and was totally understanding when I asked to cap the clean at a certain number of hours. I couldn't believe what they did in that timeframe. Looking forward to having our home cleaned with Neat Freaks again!

Neat freak LLC made our house look and feel so fresh. The biggest surprise was our shower door — it had years of hard water buildup and looked cloudy, but they got it completely clear again. Kitchen tile/grout is also looking like a brand new floor! She was friendly and did such a wonderful job. Highly recommend!
