Absolute Precision Plumbing, Heating & Cooling works out of Wakefield, and two names keep showing up across the last six months of reviews: Bryan on plumbing calls, Brad S. on boilers and heating. Ken is the one customers reach when they call in — he answered the phone during a hot-water outage and tracked down an out-of-state part for a hard-to-find shower valve so the repair didn't require opening a wall. The company's Massachusetts plumbing license (3304-PL-C) checks out as active against the state registry. The first half of 2026 tells a consistent story. A customer who woke to water in the basement at 5:30 a.m. had Bryan on site by noon with a new water heater, the old one hauled away and the floor mopped up by 2:30. Another reviewer called about a faucet valve that turned into a bigger job partway through; Bryan finished it anyway and explained what changed along the way. Others describe him running a line for an ice maker and replacing a run of copper piping, pricing the work up front both times. On the heating side, Brad S. got a family's furnace running again within hours of a no-heat call, and in a separate visit installed a whole-house humidifier and serviced the furnace in the same trip, walking the homeowner through how the system works afterward. That run sits on top of 274 Google ratings averaging 5 stars, and a review history that stretches back to 2021 across four platforms — 197 reviews in total — so this isn't a short hot streak. One thing worth asking about before booking: a few of the more involved jobs take two visits, because a specific part has to be ordered first. Brad diagnosed one no-heat problem on the spot but had to come back once the replacement part arrived. It's less a delay than a reason to ask upfront how long parts might take to source for your particular fix. This reads like a company built for the everyday plumbing and heating call — a leaking water heater, a stuck valve, a boiler that won't fire — rather than one built around large remodel projects; nothing in the reviews points to whole-room renovation work. For anyone in the Wakefield area with a plumbing or heating problem, the license is current, the same two technicians come up often enough that asking for Bryan or Brad by name is reasonable, and it's worth confirming on the call whether your repair needs an ordered part before expecting a same-day fix.

I had absolute precision, plumbing and heating out to identify a foul odor in my kitchen area near the sink and dishwasher. Ryan the plumber used a remote pipe camera to see if the dishwasher was leaking and as it turns out it was and has been festering for a while. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and provided some valuable tips on the proper operation of my disposal & dishwasher to extend the operational life of the Appliances. He also showed me how to purged air out of all the zones for my radiant heating system and notice some other pending issues with my heating system that needed attention. I would highly recommend absolute
precision, plumbing and heating to anybody that wants to resolve problems in their plumbing systems in their home and to provide preventive maintenance tips as well.
Had Brian out to resolve a leak with a side sprayer for my kitchen sink faucet. Brian is very knowledgeable and efficient. It took him 10 minutes to replace this sprayer and he was also able to answer all of my other additional questions for future projects as well. I would highly recommend absolute precision for all your plumbing and heating services.

We were very pleased with Absolute's service. I reached out on Monday morning and they were responsive and able to come out quickly and at a time that worked with my schedule. Our service tech, Bryan, was communicative throughout the process and gave different options for solutions at different price points and offered other areas where our system could be improved. He worked efficiently and after he finished explained to me what he had done and tips for how we can avoid potential issues in the future. We would recommend Bryan to anyone in need of plumbing service.

We had Bryan come to repair our boiler as we had no heat at all. He was courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the boiler up and running. He was really a pleasure to meet and was very professional and friendly. We will definitely call Absolute Precision and ask for him again in the future when needed. Louise & Brett Van Gelder
