Do not trust this company. In my experience, they do not work in the best interest of their customers. Instead, they seem to take advantage of urgent situations and every opportunity to increase prices and add excessive charges. When you urgently need a problem fixed, you should be able to trust the company you hire. Unfortunately, I felt this company used the urgency of the situation to justify unreasonable charges. I will never use this company again, and I strongly do not recommend them to anyone. I also believe the Better Business Bureau should take a closer look at their pricing and charging practices.

Connor and Justin did a fantastic job! They were on time and spent 5 hours with us. They installed new bathroom faucets in both of our bathrooms. And the big project was installing a new shower control in my bathroom. It involved making a removable panel, moving our dryer, etc and wasn't easy. They had a great attitude and never complained.

The service was excellent - the company was very responsive in receiving my call and sent a plumber out the next day! Patrick was clear in explaining what was done incorrectly when the original builder installed our jacuzzi tub. Patrick did the work efficiently and cleaned up the work area before he left. Very great experience
