I can’t say enough good things about this team. They show up when they say they will and consistently deliver. Highly recommend.

I purchased a home in Melrose that had a swimming pool that had been serviced by this company for the previous owners. When we bought the house, the pool was in rough shape and had entirely leaked out. My husband and I both tried reaching out to this company several times, leaving messages every time, asking for someone to come out to explain what fixes had already been attempted and what our remaining options had been. Nobody has returned our calls, which has made it infinitely harder to start from scratch with a non-working pool with zero records of what work has previously been done on it. This feels like terrible customer service to not be able to stand behind repair work that they had previously done. If there’s any way to get in touch with this company and speak to an actual person, I certainly don’t know it.

One of the best pool service experience. I have used the services of Accelerated Pools multiple times and each time has been a great experience. Timely service with clear communication of the costs involved and very knowledgeable people doing the work. The cost of service is also at a very reasonable level. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Accelerated Pools last year. They were timely and did a good job both with cleaning and closing the pool. Will continue to work with them.
