Accu-Temp Mechanical Services, Inc

I had to wait for over a month for a part that was being shipped from China and not once did I get a call from AccuTemp with an update on the part. Then I was given an appointment date which was wrong and their office told me I misunderstood what I was told. No apologies ever extended. I will never recommend them again.

Brad Jensen is the best. He had to come back to my home 3x and charged me a fair price to fix my air conditioner. He diagnosed the problem correctly the first time. It is better to hire the independent (for me) than the big companies in town. Sal Edwards

The best!! The process was easy from beginning to end and they did all the research and got me rebates, pulled the permit, and got me great financing on my new HVAC system. The company I contacted before them tried to tell me I could only get a carrier system which was a bunch of BS. Andy was honest and smart and not out to take advantage of anybody. The work was completed quickly.

Awesome service!

Heat pump went down, called Monday morning and then had somebody here by 10:30. The tech looked it over got it running again, thoroughly explained what he needed to do. I’m very happy I switched over to Accu Temp .
