In my 37 years in my home, I have had many fine service providers; but Andy’s Oil Services definitely is the best! They are unquestionably an outstanding company with superior service and exceptional technicians! For a most recent after-hours service call, I was fortunate to have Jon, one of their experienced, outstanding technicians respond to the call. Regardless of the situation, time of day, or day of the week, Jon is prompt, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and exceptionally thorough. His expertise is unmatched! When he diagnoses and completes a repair, it’s done right and done to last. He doesn’t leave until he is certain the issue he addressed is completely resolved, and I am completely satisfied. It is without reservation that I can highly recommend Andy’s Oil Services for your fuel, maintenance, and repair services for heating and cooling. They are simply the best!

Thought we would try this company. They suggested using there app. Did that. On app they ask you size of tank. Mine is 275. They instantly charged me for 275 gallons . Over 1000 dollars. How can you charge someone when you don’t even know how much there tank is going to take. Just because I have 275 tank doesn’t mean it’s empty. Called them and the person could hardly speak English and was very rude telling me that’s what they do. That is not a good business. Charging people for something they didn’t receive . They are scamming people . I cancelled the order and told them to reverse the cc. There was no way I was allowing them to do that. They lost a potential customer . Be ware

Good service, good people. Never swapping.

I have consistently encountered issues with this company, yet I have continued to do business with them, acknowledging that no organization is flawless. However, the current situation is entirely unacceptable. On Monday morning, December 29, 2025, I made a payment via debit card for my oil. The representative assured me that the oil would be delivered on December 30. I requested same-day delivery, because we were empty, and the representative confirmed that they would attempt to deliver the oil on the same day, with a guaranteed delivery on December 30. As of 5:00 pm on December 30, the delivery had not arrived. I contacted the emergency representative, who informed me that she would notify Diane of the situation. It is now two days later, December 31, and I have yet to receive any communication. This is outrageous, and the lack of accountability is alarming. When I file a complaint based on their promises, I am met with attitude. As a hardworking individual who pays my bills without any governmental assistance, i don’t expect any delays in service paying upfront. Unfortunately, their phone system is often unresponsive, making it difficult to inquire about my payment and delivery

Very pleased with the service I received on Nov 21st 2025. John explained how the furnace actually makes certain normal noises during operation.....also how all the filters are replaced during a clean including the tank. He had to put a few new parts on and dated all the parts on a service tag so I have record of all that was done. Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend Andys Oil for your Furnace needs.
