When a ridge vent tore off in a heavy windstorm, the homeowner called Adam Roofing late one afternoon and had a crew at the house early the next morning, problem found and fixed. Two things to settle before the truck arrives. A tear-off can turn up damage nobody priced — that 2017 job did — so agree up front how added work gets quoted and approved once the shingles come off, and ask what the warranty covers, in writing.
