In a 2022 review a homeowner described three separate projects covering plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation including high ladder work, and wrote that Khanh explained what each job entailed and agreed pricing and arrival times up front, that the team were "on time, professional, respectful and neat", and that they "thoroughly vacuumed after each day's work". A 2021 reviewer called him "one of the few contractors who was very responsive and was able to give us a quote" and said the finished result "feels like the house came this way".
