Adams Stone fabricates and installs quartz and granite countertops out of Braintree, and the same phone number and address turn up across a half-dozen independent contractor directories — one of them, a Quincy-area ranking site, pegs the shop at roughly a decade in business. Sixty-seven Google ratings sit at a flat 5.0, and every review that surfaces across three separate sources tells the same story: no complaints, just repeated mentions of Adam himself running the job start to finish. The most recent reviews spell out why. In April, a kitchen-countertop customer called the pricing fair and the communication clear, timely, and friendly from the first meeting through installation. In May, another client picked their remnant at the shop, coordinated everything by phone, email, and text, and had it installed quickly. And in June, a repeat customer — "once again," as they put it — praised Adam for showing up exactly when he said he would and taking pride in the work. Older reviews reaching back to 2021 fill out the same pattern: punctuality, cleanliness, and creative suggestions on both kitchen and bathroom countertop jobs, echoed independently on TheReStone and other directory pages rather than just one source repeating itself. A Birdeye profile listing 63 reviews sits unclaimed, which just means the business hasn't bothered to manage it, not that anything's wrong there. The one wrinkle worth flagging: a 2017 mystery-shopper evaluation on CountertopsContractors.com scored the company's service at 3.91 out of 5 in its own testing, even while crediting it with a perfect 5/5 customer-feedback score on the same page — a gap between what customers say and what that one outside audit found, worth keeping in mind even though it's old. For a straightforward quartz or granite countertop swap in a kitchen or bathroom, this is a shop with a long, clean run behind it and no source disagreement on the work itself. Confirm current lead times and warranty terms directly, since neither turns up in what's public.
